Our programmes
Every swimmer is assessed first, then placed in the most suitable programme.
Learn-to-Swim (children 5+)Water confidence, floating, breathing, water safety, then freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly through five structured levels.
Adult Swimming (16+)For absolute beginners, fear of water, fitness swimmers, stroke correction and triathlon preparation.
Competitive SquadStroke correction, race strategy, starts and turns, strength and conditioning – preparing for MSSD, MSSJ, MSSM, SUKMA and national meets.
